Ever since the refurbishment a few months ago things have gone really down hill.
Staff are so rude now it is unbelievable the training at McDonald's has obviously gone slack.
A member of staff was absolutely unbelievably rude to me when asking me what I'd like to order I asked for her name and at the next window asked for the manager that was about 17 years old I told him the issue and he basically shrugged his shoulders and said I'll have a word.
No sorry no kiss my arse nothing I won't be returning if I can help it I'll go KFC

I had a 10 minute wait for the food ordered and it was actually cold by the time I'd drove a minute back home,the portion of fries was literally half a carton and also cold.
Winsford Mcdonalds has taken the fast out of food and replaced it with cold. Very very dissatisfied!!!
