- Neil Southern Review added: 2018.11.07★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The only delivery company that won't leave your package with a neighbour. I currently have a package stuck at the Winsford depot and due to their restricted opening hours I have no way to collect. Last time I queried with them why they don't leave with a neighbour they told me nobody was in (the whole Close) So I watched on two subsequent occasions a delivery van fail to deliver (recipient not in) in the Close. THE DRIVERS MADE NO ATTEMPT TO SEE IF A NEIGHBOUR WAS IN . They simply got back in their van and drove off! Don't use Royal Mail use any other company instead. I have given them one star because it wont let me give none.
